I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even arranged for me to switch rooms when there was a mix-up with my original assignment. The hotel was very welcoming of my assistance dog, which was a big relief. The adapted room had great features like subtitles on the TV and a plug by the bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at breakfast were amazing, making my morning by putting a smiley face on my son's boiled egg. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast were all outstanding.

    It was all superb.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for our needs. We could not have found a hotel closer to where we wanted to be.

The goodnight's sleep policy was not mentioned to us during our booking in. If it had, we would have known what to do when our goodnight's sleep was actually interrupted by noisy guests!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable, the room had a great balcony, and there's a nice nearby cafe for tea or coffee. The airport is just a 13-minute drive away.

The staff were excellent. The food was the best experienced in a chain restaurant. The room was good but the level of housekeeping was at times mediocre. Our stay was an 8 on 10!

The shower facilities are useless for anyone with mobility problems. A walk in shower would allow a shower to be taken.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing exceptional service. They go above and beyond to accommodate guests with disabilities and even arrange room swaps when necessary. Facilities such as subtitles on the TV and a plug by the bed in the adapted rooms make for a comfortable stay. the breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, with staff willing to assist in making the best choices.

The self check-in approach at this hotel lacks the personal touch some guests may prefer.

Well furbished and sparkling clean room and bathroom, caring and very pleasant Restraunt staff, especially at Breakfast very well looked after and all you could eat.

After a late arrival and meal a little dissapointed to find the Bar closed at 11.00 pm on Saturday evening, even for residents.

The hotel was adjoined to a beefeater, which was welcome at this time of year. The room was excellent and quiet, which helped just before going to my brothers wedding.

The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good and not too expensive. We also had breakfast one morning and that too was good and good value. For some reason we got a room for 4 but the housekeeper removed the 2 other beds quickly when asked. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

No complaints at all - except that I've never managed to find one of those £29 rooms :(

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the place was clean and tidy at all times and the gardens are a pleasure to look at,

On reflection the last survey I thought was harsh on your excellent staff and they should not be subject to all those questions on how we were treated, I trust the jobs worth who designed the survey is also subject to one as well.

Close to a supermarket, but far enough away to be quiet, sounds of birds from the open window, near to countryside, helpful LOCAL staff.

Floors were too thin: person in room above mine came in at 0230 sounding like a herd of elephants and had TV on loud too.
